*Wildflowers Farm takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences. I acknowledge that risks from participation in class activities exist and that I am in attendance knowing these risks and their possible consequences, including personal injury.

*I agree that I will not hold Wildflowers Farm liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of insurance. I agree to release and hold harmless Wildflowers Farm, owners, Dan and Stephanie Sawyer, and all instructors and their assistants from all liability incurred as a result of my participation in a studio/farm class and that these terms serve as a release for myself, volunteers, property owners, and members of my family.

*I understand that photographs, pictures, or videos may be taken of me and my guests in connection with my participation in activities on the farm, and that these images may be used on the Wildflowers Farm website, social media pages, and marketing materials.

*I understand that the behavior and actions of any animal can be unpredictable and that in being around animals, personal injury or property damage may occur. Being aware of the risks that may be involved, I indemnify and hold harmless Wildflowers Farm and/or their volunteers, employees, and family for any and all personal injury or property damage resulting from my participation.
